Share only work you made or have explicit permission to publish. Supply the source and licence, an approved artist credit, meaningful alt text, language, categories and tags. Pseudonymous artist names are welcome.

Public contact email and UPI ID are optional. Each field needs separate explicit consent before publication. An account email, when accounts become available, must never automatically become public artist contact.

The planned upload flow will recommend CC BY-SA 4.0, with CC0, CC BY, CC BY-NC-SA and CC BY-NC-ND alternatives. The actual licence and permission must be reviewed; ND works never enter the Studio.

Declare AI use honestly: none, minimal-assisted or generated, with an explanation where helpful. A disclosure is not proof of copyright permission. Current in-house placeholder studies are marked generated and are not presented as curated human submissions.

Check print dimensions, credit strips and one sample print. A 300 DPI label alone does not establish adequate image detail. Avoid unnecessary identifying information in the artwork or proposal.

Account uploads and the database review queue are not enabled during the backend hold. The current Submit page prepares an email proposal in your own mail app; no file is uploaded or automatically published.
